J.A Powis Civil Engineering Ltd were chosen to supply and erect a complete Cement Batching Plant from pre-used comprehensively refurbished equipment for construction of a new Underground Metro Line.
The on-site batching plant provided an efficient production and delivery of concrete which may have otherwise been hindered by city centre traffic.
